Recommended STL Independent Garage?

I live in mid Missouri and I am limited to a dealer for local service. I travel to St. Louis often to visit my son and would like to know which one of the several local independent shops would anyone recommend for service, like a Level 2?

I got inspection 1 done by them for $770. Also, I had the coolant temp seal replaced for $125 (I think parts were around $68).
