hey guys...I'm about to pick one of these up (07 M Coupe) if all goes well with the PPI and negotiations.

Anyone have any little tips for things to look out for? I've done a fair bit of research and found out about things like the motor mount bolts etc...just wondering if anyone has any other little tips on things that they have come across over time?

Not really - mine had the motor mount issue, but other than that it's been trouble-free since new.

Thanks for the response! If anyone else has any input then that would be great! Pulling the trigger this week after the PPI is done tomorrow!

Actually no it didn't...I couldn't justify the purchase when I was going to be doing so many miles in the car (I do a decent commute every day for work) so I ended up with a 135i to sacrifice a little of the sports car side without sacrificing too much fun and gaining a proper trunk and back seats.
