Default What is your resting heart rate bpm???
Just asking....I have a typical rate of 56-59 bpm, I have seen it as low as 54 a couple of times but it is not usually down that low.

I was sorta shocked when I checked a few months ago that it was so low. My goddaugther has medical conditions and needs constant blood-oxygen supervision. So I took her finger pad and checked my own...lol...I actually set her alarm off when I use it because anything sub 60 bpm throws an alert.

Anyway I bought the gf a heart rate monitor watch for Xmas and I am going to buy one of my own....they are kinda cool.

FYI Lance Armstrong was once clocked at 32bpm.....yea once every two seconds. nuts.

Yea, I run about 20 miles a week...running is more of a supplementary workout to my Boxing....but I never really like running until lately, I think i am going to try to kick it up a notch. However, winters in the NE are not a great place to start..lol...
