FS: S14 E30 M3 MOTOR.... loads of new parts

HI there
I have a 1991 S14 motor. Just completed major work this spring and then an S52 came along.
The motor has 142000 miles, it is still in the car and can be heard, driven and tested as you wish.
I just spent $2005 in parts alone on this to freshen it up.
Including,... all new timing components .. chain, sprockets, retarded exhaust gear, all new gaskets, hoses, thermostat.
New throttle body rubber plates
Manifold studs and nuts
New head studs
New waterpump
New TMS oil pan baffle
S52 Chain tensioner

I am asking $4200 and pretty firm on that with all the investment

Compression readings are #1 180psi
#2 190psi
#3 190psi
#4 190psi

Motor runs very strong and sounds good.
has always had synthetic that i know of and I have owned the car for the last 5 years.

Also have transmission available for $750

Also have "almost new" EVO lightweight flywheel for $400
Will include almost new Sachs Clutch kit for $100 extra too

I got it on S14.net and Bimmer forums... Bimmer is down right now it seems but S14 is getting hits.
