Post E46 M3 torque spec's and I'll add them here.

Engine
Oil drain plug: 18 ft-lbs
Oil filter housing cap bolt: 24 ft-lbs
Banjo bolt (side of valve cover): 18 ft-lbs (25 Nm)
Spark Plugs: 16 ft-lbs (22 Nm)
Cam Bolts: 10.3 ft-lbs (14 Nm )
Chain Tensioner bolt: 32mm 51.6 ft-lb (70nm)
Cylinder head bolts: E14 22.1 ft-lb (30nm)/90 degrees/90 degrees (see explanation in thread)
Engine mounts: 37 ft-lbs (49 Nm)
VANOS filter bolt: 20 ft-lbs
Oil pan bolts - 8.8 grade - 89 in-lbs (10 Nm)
10.9 grade - 106 in-lbs (12 Nm)
Tensioner: 18 ft. lbs. (24 Nm)
Idler Pulley: 33 ft. lbs (45 Nm)
Harmonic balancer M12x110 bolts: 44 ft-lbs (60 Nm) then 50 degrees and 50 degrees
Plastic ///M cover over valve cover: 89 in-lbs (10 Nm)

Front Suspension/Brakes
brake caliper mounting bracket to spindle: 81 ft-lbs (110 Nm)
brake caliper guide pins: 22 ft-lbs (30 Nm)
strut tower nuts: 25-26 ft-lbs (35 Nm)
strut bar nuts: 18 ft-lbs (24Nm)
lower strut slip-fit to kingpin/clamshell bolt: 60 ft-lbs (81 Nm)
control arm ball joint: 66 ft-lbs (90 Nm)
control arm at steering knuckle: (65 Nm)
control arm bushing bracket: 44 ft-lbs (60 Nm)
tierods:
aluminum subframe brace/underplate: 43.5 ft-lbs plus 45-90 degree turn

Rear Suspension/Differential
rear trailing arm bracket to car body: 57 ft-lbs (77 Nm)
rear trailing arm/rtab bushing thru bolt: 81 ft-lbs (if using stock rtab, tighten bushing bolt with trailing arm at proper angle to avoid bushing preload)
rear shock mount upper bolts: 21 ft-lbs
rear shock lower bolt: 74 ft-lbs (100 Nm) in loaded position
rear lower control arm to trailing arm bolt: 81 ft-lbs (110 Nm)
rear v-brace: 44 ft-lbs (59 Nm) + 90 degrees
front subframe bolts: 81 ft-lbs (110 Nm)
rear subframe bolts: 57 ft-lbs (77 Nm)
1 front diff mount bolt: 148 ft-lbs (200 Nm)
2 rear diff mount bolts: 15 ft-lbs (20 Nm) + 90 degrees
Differential drain and fill plugs:
- with o-ring - 44 ft-lbs (60 Nm)
- with sealing washer - 48 ft-lbs (65 Nm)
- type not specified - 52 ft-lbs (70 Nm)

Transmission and Driveshaft
guibo to transmission/driveshaft: M12 - 85 ft-lbs (115 Nm)
center support bearing to body: 15 ft-lbs (20 Nm)
driveshaft to differential flange: 52 ft-lbs (70 Nm)


Transmission mounting
Class 8.8:
2ea. M12x50 (12 & 1 o'clock positions looking fwd) - 65 ft-lbs
2ea. M12x90 (4 & 9 o'clock positions looking fwd) - 65 ft-lbs
3ea. M8x50 (5, 6 & 8 o'clock positions looking fwd) - 22 ft-lbs
2ea. M10x65 (starter bolts) - 40 ft-lbs
1ea. M6 Hex for shield (3 o'clock position looking fwd) - 'Goodntight' 7ft-lbs


Exhaust
Flange bolts from Section 2 to your muffler: 11ft-lbs (15Nm)
Muffler hanger to muffler: 15ft-lbs (20Nm)
Muffler hanger to chassis: 16ft-lbs (22Nm)


Miscellaneous
wheel bolts: 88 ft-lbs (120 Nm)
steering coupler ET10 bolts: 16 ft-lbs (22 Nm)
steering wheel locking nut: 46 ft-lbs (63 Nm)

Cylinder head torque procedure:
1. Torque cylinder head bolts to 30 N-m in the following order:


2. Torque each bolt 90 degrees in the same order.

3. Torque each bolt 90 degrees one final time in the same order.

multiply ft-lbs by 1.356 to get N-m

multiply N-m by 0.738 to get ft-lbs
