Oh and on another tech tangent - I ordered the new (wireless) Kingston HyperX Flight headset ..... I thought it was kind of quiet at 100% volume compared to some of my other headsets.

Talked to an English speaking, USA living, human on the phone ON PRESIDENTS DAY - and within 48 hours I had a brand new one on my doorstep.





Not thatís excellent customer service. Donít expect Dell to be handing out new replacement $2,000 laptops left and right for anyone having issues - but a battery and a charger that are BOTH in stock brand new on Dellís website canít get in the hands of the tech repair guys within TWO WEEKS? Are you f***ing kidding me? They told me they have to use tested, refurbished parts for all repairs. No new parts.

Insane.
