Per what Ian said, get the spring perch up or, bigger spacer and more negative camber to then fit under the fender. Tire manufacturer by manufacturer, even in same stated size differ. That is why it's good to look at section width and tread width and other tire specs.

Happy to help with VANOS or any other DIY job around NorCal. Have various specialty tools (VANOS, RTAB, engine bar, valve adjustment, tranny jack, ball joint separator, pilot bearing puller, tap&die kit, etc).
