220,xxx on chassis, 180,xxx on motor. Pulls hard
Interior reconditioned, near flawless, no rips/holes/scratches
Drives better than any other e36 I have been in/driven

Paid $7k

Everything below new/replaced/reconditioned. Receipts/Records for everything.

Front and rear control arms, bushings, ball joints etc. everything got replaced.
Front and rear control arm bushings replaced with AKG poly in stock stiffness
Rear subframe bushings replaced with AKG poly in stock stiffness.
All three differential bushings replaced with AKG poly in stock stiffness.
RTAB's replaced with AKG poly in stock stiffness.
Front subframe reinforcements welded in.
Rear sway bar reinforcements welded in.
RTAB reinforcements welded in
Front and rear sway bar bushings replaced.
Front and rear sway bar links replaced.
All tie-rods replaced.
Power steering rack boots and clamps replaced.
Power steering hoses replaced.
Power steering fluid flushed/replaced with factory BMW fluid.
New steering column guibo.
Entire emergency brake system replaced other than cables to include shoes, springs, the hardware (nuts and bolts etc.)
Differential fluid replaced with Red Line fluid and seal replaced.
Front and rear struts/shocks replaced.
Rubber mounts for rear shocks and street dampened front camber plates replaced/added.

OBD2 factory exhaust manifold.
OBD2 factory mid pipes.
New o2 sensor.
New fuel filter.
New fuel pump.
Dinan stainless catback exhaust.
Tuned chip for 3.5 inch intake and exhaust.
3.5 maf installed
3.5 inch intake installed (AFE stage 2 used but didn't like it so went with kit that uses a silicone tube)
New windshield wipers.
New sliders for power windows.
New driver side window regulator and motor.
Sunroof cleaned and greased.
New glove box with no sag.
Re-covered Euro 3 spoke steering wheel
Re-conditioned front Vaders and rear striped seats.
Suede covered headliner, pillars and rear deck.
M5 5 speed shifter knob.
New center console and glove box trim.

$400 VDO guage set for water temp, oil temp, and oil pressue.
