Default UUC Short Shifter / DSSR Position Question - Seems too far back

Hey Folks,

I'm mid install on the UUC Short Shifter and DSSR on my 2011 M3. I have everything mounted and before putting it all together wanted to see what you guys thought of the positioning.

It seems like it's leaning too far towards the rear of the car but I'm not sure what I could have messed up in the install if anything? The shifter on my e46 stood straight up and down. Can anyone that has the shifter confirm if this looks correct?

It shifts smoothly but my wrist seems to bump the idrive knob going into second..

Neutral

Second

Cheers,

Mike
