It's a combination of things, high egts, ignition retard (10 degrees logged on a 9.1:1 comp engine, and afrs in the 14s at 17 psi..

yes boosted cars are very sensitive to AFR. If it's not dialed in you'll lose 100-200 hp easy, if not knock and hurt ur engine.

My oil temps took a while to get down, 1500 miles or so. Back then I installed calico coated bearings, then found out about their tighter clearance issue. I don't recommend to do what I did. U...

I would urge u to tune right away. I made less power that stock with no tune, by like 30 hp, and it was lean, that's with a EURO tune though not a csl tune, but why risk it

Making it from glass fiber will make the part much heavier, since glass fiber flexes a lot in comparison to carbon fiber, uses more resin, and you need to add more glass fiber layers for it to have...

Thx guys. Well the stock tray is close to 6 pounds. I haven't weighed the cf part yet, but should be around 0.5 - 0.75 lbs, felt like it weighs nothing, also since I'm using 200gsm and I used abiut 1...
