I am, I almost bought a set used. Didn't because JRZ told me it was impossible to source rebuild parts, so they were effectively a part with an expiration date.

Except the Ohlins need a $1300 rebuild every 25,000 miles. Negates them if the car sees any transportation use, imo.

I wouldn't put the PSS10s where they are, either, with their limited spring...

Yeah, the H&R springs are crap.

The only two springs that are not a significantly downgrade from stock are Eibach and Dinan, imo.

Both of those are not a significant drop, which is likely why...

I have a contact within brembo, so I gave them a call— that rotor is not shared with any OE applications.

The Viper, amusingly, uses Brembo calipers with stoptech rotors, stock :shifty:

Still would work, as the brembo and stoptech rotors are swapable, but no FCP, as you say.

Bolt pattern is on the hat-- hats get reused. So, shouldn't matter.

Softly sprung (say 300 front, 400 rear) TCK S/As with e36 M3 front hats are a reasonable ride height will ride better than stock and handle significantly better than stock.

Assist level is separate from feel, imo. A car can have light steering and be extremely feelsome, or heavy and dead isolating (most modern cars).

I can't imagine lowering the power steering...

The yellow tag ("ZHP") rack is 14.5:1 when installed in the M3 due to the different geometry-- the ZCP setting on the MK60 is pretty spot on for it. Terra did the calculation a while back.

The F80 *feels* heavy because of how huge it is.

Maybe big is a better word. But, it takes away from the nimbleness, which makes for a "heavier" experience.

My point was that the hybrid plates and monoball FCABs came out a while after the turner takeover. The RSMs are ECS branded, but the hybrid plates share the same seals, so some development overlap is...

It took long enough that I gave up-- ended up throwing out or selling the stock parts as I went.

Will weight the entire car soon (corner balance).

I'm going to do a write up on the Nogaros. IMO they're in a class of their own for "streetable bucket"-- they have lots of features that other seats don't seem to give even slight consideration to.
