You are correct! Its known as the CPI Un-Catted Rasp Terminator. They had a version with two cats as well.

Currently the mechanic is working on it. The two springs (#23311228397 and #23311228405) are being changed.

Waiting to hear other members' suggestions if the Locking Kit should be done as well....

Extended wheel bolts that match OEM style/aesthetic?

Hey guys,

Lowered the e46M and bought spacers for the front pair to flush out the wheels. Purchased the correct extended bolts for front wheels and will continue using stock bolts for the rear....

Hey your diagram is also under the e46 m3 smg.

If you look closely you can see the bolts are in the same place. One diagram is simply labeled "inner parts".

To anyone who may have a similar issue: the culprit is the ABS module.

The ABS module is likely dead and needs replacement. I just replaced it and all lights cleared and car is running normal....

BTW all the brake, abs, and tire associated lights are on all the time. After driving sometimes they disappear but this may just be a separate wheel sensor issue, not related to SMG

I am sure my foot is on the brake when shifting gears. If I recall, you can't shift out of neutral without brake pressed down?

I agree with what you are saying but why is the top coat failure looking like the splatter of a spray gun? Wouldn't the decay be gradual and melting away?
