Just use stainless bolts from your local hardware store and order OEM copper nuts.

You will need to go to 12psi to get more but that is the max you want to run with stock compression and ARP studs are required. What V2 trim charger? S or Si? T or Ti will be needed beyond 400whp....

I doubt it is the bolts unless you completely missed some.

You’re positive the head is not cracked? Just because a machine shop worked on it doesn’t mean they checked it (has happened to me).

That solenoid is no longer used if your SAP is deleted so I would imagine you can just delete it.

The pump in the original post is not coated. Remanufactured pumps come from all sorts of different climates. Not all cores require the same cleanup work.

Yeah but KW does an equal job at making the standard cheap stuff (meaning not great). They are also responsible for shit brands such as Solowerks. The KW brand means little here.

The evap issue I do not have. Both cars I’ve ran his tune on throw adaption limit codes. I have never resolved it.

Seems like you have a lot of camber for the shown strut position in the strut tower. I’m still voting shims, upper knuckle mount issue or just an unusual strut angle mounting design.

What codes is it throwing?

Even with the aftercooler, power will vary with heat. An improper tune could lead to component failures.
