I freeze mine too. I agree it's a pain and requires some forethought, but I find each bureau fairly easy to unfreeze, takes me about 10 mins to do all three and costs $3/bureau.

That sounds very low for a top flight striker. I realize that Wiki states his salary as 1.5 EUR but that would be 25k GPB/wk. I could not imagine his salary being much less double that, at a...

For me just sudafed works. I buy the generic and take 1/2 a 12hr doses/day. If it's super bad they I'll add in Zyrtec and double down on the sudafed 1/2 a 12hr does twice a day.

I have not yet been to the Gorge, but I did hike a little further north, at Panther Creek, last fall which was a nice hike.

I'd love to hike more than I do currently but only have a few friends...
