Primarily the mulberry interior and lack of sun roof. Pretty much every estoril I have seen for sale lately has been light gray interior. Almost all of the e36s around have a sunroof.

Tilt is not a problem for me. when I had the 95 with tilt, I ended up with it set in the highest position, which is the same as the fixed position that we ended up with over here.
