I went from OEM+limiters to poly powerflex bushings. It’s just slightly more stiff. OEM+limiters is also a great option.

I’ve heard royal purple is a temporary fix and it will eventually go back to how it was. I also heard bad things, which is why I stuck with oem.

With 172 Miles, this has to be one of the lowest mileage m3’s in the world.
This car sat it’s whole life. Rust all over the control arms,
subframe, etc....

This happens all the time. Bmw uses a small line of cheap glue that eventually fails.Theres other threads about this topic. People have glued it back up and used clamps to keep it tight.

I personally wouldn’t power wash just because you can have a higher chance spraying water in electrical areas. I would cover certain areas (alternator, etc) and wash it by hand.

Many people on this forum prefer the illuminated F10 M5 shift knob....

Thank you. I did this and it worked. Yeah there's no way the limiters would even fit anyways, it was just kinda cool to see that the previous owner had limiters installed :D

Powerflex rtab install help

If you want it stock, get the Turner springs. I have them in my car right now and they're perfect. They're basically the same as oem but cheaper and apparently a little better.

vmr vb3's are notorious for bent wheels, and are just another csl replica.. I agree not too much value here, since they are pretty cheap when new.
