Re: The Official Bring a Trailer (BaT) Listing Thread - E46 M3

If you list SMG/paddle shift cars as manual on sales websites you are akin to a person that spits gum out on the ground at a store entrance. Yeah, I can walk around it, but I'm not the problem if I...

Re: E46 M3 Market Sales Tracker: Please Report Your Purchase or Sale!

I don't know if you have paid any attention to your area, but an alpine white on imola car manual car with the floor ripped in half and no rod bearings/vanos work done would still sell for 20k near...

Re: smg to manual swap value

I could not agree more. It's laughable to me that someone would pay the 5-10k tax on a worse vehicle in the name of "originality" on a car that isn't a real collector car. Air cooled 911's and muscle...

Re: Peeling/sticky interior rubber coating annoyance

How does that product compare to 303 protectant in your opinion? I have found that it provides the little cleaning I need for the interior, but most importantly provides fantastic protection. I use...

Re: Avin vs Dynavin vs Eonon for OEM Nav replacement

There is documentation on the internet (M5Board comes to mind) for how to use the oem mic for other applications. It is a simple wiring job.

Re: Rogue Engineering adjustable clutch slave cylinder

I have machined a slave cylinder pin to move clutch engagement up in the pedal travel on a car in the past and it worked as intended. I do not see why this would not do the same thing.

Re: Passenger side lower

On older BMWs, the driver's side is always slightly higher when no one is in the vehicle to account for the driver's weight. No clue if newer cars are the same though.

Re: Best price for ZCP rotors

Why don't you look around online to check for yourself? People are returning their oil and they honor it. Hell, they even mention doing it in a promotional video about their warranty.

Re: 1st to 2nd gear super notchy at full throttle...Thoughts?

One method to create a differential diagnosis for this problem is to recreate the issue and then immediately turn the car off and attempt to shift into the problem gears. This can help determine if...

Re: Airbag reset tool

Bingo. Take the short time (these days) to set up INPA on anything and buy a cable for $25 bucks. You will get far more functionality and use out of that instead.

Re: Clear front bumper reflectors

I am perfectly happy with my oem bumper otherwise and have no desire to clean my main paintbooth and spend hundreds of extra dollars when a $50 solution would be just fine.

Re: Clear front bumper reflectors

Are people buying these from Bimmian still or is there a better place?

Truthfully, I would prefer to buy unpainted blanks for less and shoot these myself when I do my interior trim body color.

Re: Breakthrough discovery about the Spal 30102082 Fan! The Most powerful sealed fan

Re: Breakthrough discovery about the Spal 30102082 Fan! The Most powerful sealed fan

In the Z3M community, most of us have removed the mechanical fan and ran strictly off of the aux fan for years. You almost never hear of anyone putting it back onto an s52 or s54 car. Those cars have...

Re: How many miles do you have on your M3?

No wonder there aren't any good cars for sale these days... They are all sitting in your garages not being driven. :shifty:
