but honestly - start w a 40 dollar ebay ABS sensor kit. when you take out each sensor to replace, cover a toothbrush in brakeclean and scrub the heck out of the inside of the hubs....

Hmm - never taken mine apart to see how to add some tension to the pivot. I always throw a rear seatbelt around it when I auto-x. Can it simply be tightened up? I'd love to leave it up all the time.

Can't hurt - especially if you've already had the sensors out recently. I had cleaned the hubs by feel with a rag, but a closer inspection the second time showed each of the "valleys" between teeth...

I feel your pain - I've been chasing an ABS/ASC light issue since christmas. Both relays and pedal sensor are new.

Found a guy with a GT1 setup (not emulated - authentic yellow diagnostic head)...

It won't read voltage. That switch is just a variable resistor. If it reads "open" than the solder inside has likely broken. I'm not saying this is your issue, but it's prob the simplest thing to...

what do you mean the pedal sensor has no signal? Does it read any resistance or just open? That switch needs to work (continuity) for the system to work. Sounds like you've covered the other stuff...
