First was a front control arm. I observed massive play in the outer balljoint.

I always leave the non-m one in my conversions. It's a small thing but it helps offset the added weight of the steel hood on the non-Ms....

Another cool thing about these is that I believe they all have a 10 year / 120k miles engine warranty so you can really pile up the hard track miles without worry. Enjoy!

IMHO this is installer error. The bar should be tightened with the car on the ground but people commonly tighten it with the suspension unloaded (while on jack stands or lift). That will end up...

The trim cost an arm and a leg to retrofit on the E46. Sure is nice that it is standard on the M-sport E39.

Yeah, sedans and wagons don't have those.

I just made some brackets out of an L shaped steel bar. Welded a nut on the back of each and welded them to the car. Then just sealed and coated them.

I'm not sure that's even doable.

We are not allowed to modify anything up stream of the cats. The cats themselves can be moved slightly to fit but the headers have to be stock.
