If you address the fuel pump, I would highly recommend using the Radium Engineering fuel pump install kit and going with an AEM 50-1200 E85 fuel pump. I do not run E85 but it is a much harder fuel...

Find out exactly where the ticket was issues. Which magistrate. Then you must tell your friend to research law offices in that particular magistrate. Find out the judges name and call a law firm...
