The stock elbow fits over the stock snorkel. If u can fit a ram air collector near the fog light, the stock snorkel and elbow will blow air right in front of the airbix opening

I have calico installed , had them for the last 4 years.
While no issues observed thru 40k miles, I would opt for stock bearings next time

I have seen first hand a wpc set lose its treated surface after 12k miles. That was when a friend decided to rebuild his engine a year after he changed his bearings. They were bascially slick lol....

High pressure with very low flow rate is what might cause wear. While not exceeding a certain rpm is perfectly safe, exceeding say 4k rpm on cold oil isn't, since it flows very poorly when cold. ...

Neither! stock bearings only.
Increasing the clearance will hammer and flatten out the bearings making them even more prone to failure. It also increases localized pressure points and fatigue.

a bad IAT reading can and will f up an engine. I had my temp sensor installed, was too lazy to solder so I just crimped. racing on a hot day I had a severe knock at 7k rpm. Luckiy nothing popped....

in my experiece, you will be sucking 50 c air at idle in traffic no matter what, even using stock intake.
with the csl on, as soon as the car is moving IATs drop back to ambient. the front ram air...

dittto . I'm working on something that reuses ur stock cold air feed, adds a ram air scoop at the bottom, and a cf elbow to the top which then directs fresh air to the box. I have it on my car made...
