The faulty washer pump on my friends E46 325i caused his fluid to leak as soon as we poured it in (not knowing where the leak was). Once I changed the pump for him the leak stopped. Hope that helps!

Maybe its the "-7.5k" part that causes the yellowing. Here's mine with strict 5k changes with the stock 10W60. My wife's E46 325i has light yellowing and that gets changed around 9k on average.
