Drilled rotors heat stress much easier from track use. If you are beating on rotors as hard as you suggest from your comment - then you are clearly increasing your chance of a rotor crack ending...

Anti-seize should only go on the rotor locator bolts. Replace them if there is any corrosion.

Wire brush clean everything including the hub face.

Torque to spec dry.

Madrussian is a good...

My first thought is that you have a hot wire with insulation lightly worn off that it either fully or intermittently rubbing to ground.

Recommend you get pin-out diagrams for the audio connectors...

Don't buy a helmet that you haven't tried on and worn for 15 minutes. Different helmets fit different shaped heads. They are not "one helmet fits all".
