I did mine at 30K, it was a waste of time and money based on everything I have read. 60K for tranny and 90K for rear gear is my recommendation.

Save yourself some money and take the belts off first and spin the pulleys. If they rattle or wobble, then it could be your problem. Otherwise I think its the pump. I've run pulleys up to 90K miles...

Is the TT hub you installed the latest version? Sorry to say but TT's first generation modified hub in SYT_Shadow's car failed after ~15K. Latest version uses a maraging 300 steel.

However, since then the best adhesive I have found is 3M Window Weld. AutoZone sells it...

Nope. replaced all the pulleys and the belts. Noise is still there.

If these are the parts causing the squeal, they are not cheap. Just checked bavauto for pricing. Replacements are ~$500..I'm sure I could find them cheaper but good grief. I think I will live with...

If that's the case, it might also be the check valve which looks to be very easy to replace.
