bmw should"ve put bearings down as a wear item to be changed every 4th inspection lol.....im thinking that doing those every valve adjustment isn't an overkill if you track ur car

when i did mine, I only broke them in for 500 miles initially. Then I got bored :D so i tried to let it rip a bit. Though I didn't see higher temps while accelerating, I did notice slightly higher...
