BMW OEM Jack for e46

Used OEM portable jack for e46. Part Number - 7112109540604 or 71121096040. The first # is what is on the jack, but somehow I couldn't find it. It looks just like the 2nd part #.

the result would depend on the condition of the paint as well as the color. you may be ok with the trunk being a shade off, but if it was a door, the mis-match would be very apparent.

Re: Alignment needed after RTAB install?

I think the rear camber is -1.5 to -2.0. So you are at the very minimal camber. You probably don't want to have it set at less than -1.5

BMW probably recommends that setting for good reasons.

Re: Fog light upgrade - 55W vs. 100W vs. 35W HID vs. 55W HID (so many choices)

The DDM 35w HID's are quite hot in the fog housing and you have to adjust the aim lower so you don't blind the oncoming traffic.

The 35w HID's are much brighter than the oem halogen light.

Re: fuel level sensor

the fuel gauge is so screwy. It shows 1/8 (half way between empty and 1/4) and I put in 15 gallons. So that meant I had about 1.6 gallons left with 1/8 showing on the gauge. The low fuel light...
