I suggest just scrapping the oem crap, it's too difficult overcoming wind noise with stock speakers...

There will be a stamp on your tranny that tells you what to use. Most use ATF, mine is a later build and is stamped MTF.

gear oil in the diff, I believe that is the standard weight.

I diy'd it at 65k miles. The stock shocks were dead dead dead! I put on bilsteins with stock springs and it's PLENTY stiff, same height. So, it handles way better than a setup of stock, crap...
