Hey

Looks like the bulb ignitor loosened up or wasn't fully tight. This can cause a gap and thats when a problem like that will occur. Typically not a result of bad bulb, just bad connection....

BBS RG-R 19's For Sale W/ Michelin PSS / PS2 Tires

Up for sale is this BBS RGR Wheel and Tire package. Purchased last summer and had them refinished to Hyper Silver powder coat, and the interior side of the wheel has the black powder coat to keep it...

Sorry for the lack of updates all winter. Literally havent touched the car. Its been a brutal winter as we all know. Installed Michelin Alpin PA4 and they held us amazing all winter. Never got stuck...

How far from the wall are you there?

You should see yellow/red up close to a wall if you are in garage.

The blues and purples come at a further distance typically.

Yes, cover up that hole with some aluminum HVAC tape. Next time just cutoff top piece of the RV shield, so you leave the rivets in place.

You do want to remove the RV shield by cutting it off, safest way.

But thats not your problem.

Most likely "bad" ZKWR lenses which were sold by TRS. If the lens is not seated all the way...

Sorry I don't. but mounting was similar to the FXR conversion. We use small brackets on the bottom mounting points and mount to the original lower mounting points.

Actually just got a set of RX350 bixenons mounted in the Bixenon frame a few days ago. Conversion worked out well.

^^ Good info. I went to harsh on mine. Sanded through too much probably, and used way too much acetone. Now mine worked out well but I ended up using alot of product to make up for it.

The further away you are from the wall the easier it is to see mis-alignment issues.

No need to install the lens, housing, shroud etc. Just back housing with projector installed.

Also try some grease or something on the gasket, helps ease it in. Those are a pain, even with the lights out of the car.

I think the small tab on the H7 is pointing upward in one direction...

Ideally you would want to double test everything on the car to make sure its lined up correctly. Then as already mentioned, you can epoxy so nothing backs out.

You may not require one. Some do, some dont. You can email the company to make sure, but I can bet you probably just hook up the black to brown and red to white. They want you to tie together the two...

My biggest qualm with aftermarket is that the performance degrades so much quicker than the OEM bulbs. ...

Here are some updated photos of the interior. I recolored the front seats, arm rest, and lower bench of the rear seats. Also went with the black side covers n the front seats to break up the interior...

I would have to agree, as close as you can get, while still being very far away.

Who knows, maybe the "new" xb35 will change things, but for now we stick to recommending the Osram's.

Wheels were refinished but there was some problems with the paint work so I decided to have them redo it and went with a powder...

Im sorry, but I have to question the results. Many times we have compared bulbs and the Osram CBI bulbs are always brighter vs Morimotos.

I havent used any official light meters, but visually...

Used Turner 75mm Stud + Nut Kit

used for only a few months on my E90 M3. Went through one winter and then sat in storage for some time. Little rusty but still fully functional and can probably be cleaned up nicely.

Yes, been going there and only there since they opened up shop. Never once was disappointed with anything. The shop owner, Mike, is extremely knowledgable and he's wrenching on the car's himself...
