Interesting. It does look a bit funky at that angle.

Looks like an excellent overall value and the only thing I don't really like is the rear and that long single row of buttons.

The i3 has a similar wheel base and curb weight as an e30, lower center of gravity, and a more rigid chassis, yet you still can't comprehend how they might feel similar in some regards?

Re: J-Fiber E46 M3 CF Driveshaft Review

Bought a bottle of Blue once and agree. Also agree in general on blended scotches.

Re: J-Fiber E46 M3 CF Driveshaft Review

These carbon shafts are generally a larger diameter that more than offsets the weight loss, causing a loss in horsepower.

Front doesn't seem quite right. Rest looks good. 992.2 will fix.

Re: So I decided to consider a Tesla today... OMG...

Thanks, good to know. Seems they're leaving money on the table by not charging to let other brands use their facility. I suspect that will change in the future as Tesla's become cheaper.

fun fact: the F40 is roughly the same length as an E30 M3, but with ~4.5" shorter wheelbase

Re: BMW 3er (G20) 2020 **UNVEILED**

If my sources are correct, the M2 (41.5" and 33") has similar front + rear leg room to an E46 M3 (41.7" and 33.2") on a 1.5" shorter wheelbase, so BMW could build the E46 interior volume into an even...

Re: BMW 3er (G20) 2020 **UNVEILED**

If the trade-off is undisputed king when it comes to chassis dynamics then maybe you do. There are other ways to gain incremental interior volume. Plus, I think growth in width and to a lesser...

Re: BMW 3er (G20) 2020 **UNVEILED**

Agree to an extent, but I'm not sure how many would have really noticed if BMW had stopped growing the 3's exterior dimensions with the E9x.

The catch with the M2 is that it should be the focal...

Re: BMW 3er (G20) 2020 **UNVEILED**

I consider those to be more of a general market trend they had to follow to stay competitive rather than unilateral decisions by BMW. However, they did have control over the size of the car.
