Your mechanic will need clutch alignment tool if you're going to replace rear main seal as you have remove and reinstall clutch & pressure plate.

Are you sure you just don't have leaking CPV?

I think you have a bad connection somewhere . I fought the bad ground I mentioned and also the main cable from battery to fuse panel.

Why not just turn DSC off? It seems to be interfering with your driving style.

I don't see how the shims (within tolerance) have any effect on timing. The engine certainly doesn't know since it gets all of its information off the camshaft sensors which should not be impacted...

I'd use a name brand torque wrench. That is a critical torque value in my opinion as the hub is acting as a clutch. It has to be able to move but not so loose that it can't hold the correct...

Yes on ASC. I created a math channel and anytime there is a difference of 5 mph between individual wheel speeds ASC will go to 1. It's probably more complicated but you get the gist.

It usually just rolls off on to my foot. My jack has straps but you can balance it if just diff and carrier. Anymore I remove the trailing arms first .

I can barely remove the rear diff bolts with diff in place, I can't see how you could press out and press in bushings. Drop diff and replace lower control arms while you have access.

you just need a different cable. The DL itself can support both OBD and CAN. I suspect you could find the pin out from the DL and reverse engineer which pins need to go to the CAN, but it's easier...

My car runs 195 with Zionsville cooler, no AC or heater core and water wetter. Maybe there is something else going on?

It's just so you know which tooth you used. There is a sweet tooth but if you're a few teeth either side it will be fine. If you rotate the spline 180 from the sweeth tooth you will have to rotate...

The cam you're inserting splined shaft has to be in time (bridge tool in place). Once you get it in just push in far enough to where teeth are barely showing than...

Honestly I don't see this as a big deal. Most of the time I use the static timer as +/- best often causes me to either overdrive or give up early if I botch a corner.

brakes and clutch are on separate lines. They only share the reservoir.
