Also the tech should have tried to even out the rear camber a tad, but the front toe is the answer to your problems

Just make sure whoever does your valve adjustments always keeps an eye out for broken vanos bolts or tabs.

The smg pumps prime very often when they are starting to get lower on pressure

have you ever seen an e36? It has just plates there with 4 plates stitch welded in 4 corners about a 1/2" long stich weld. They aren't having problems with cracking like e46.

I've never heard of a 2 wheel rear alignment before. I'm sure they had to somewhat square it up with the front somehow

I would pick up the bearings and give it to them before they start machining. As long as they can hit that .0016-.0028" clearance, you'll be fine
