In cases like these, I use the P/N to determine the size of the hardware, and then source high quality hardware from a local store that is many times more durable than the much more expensive BMW...

+1, the "brush" is actually a scratch delivery system. High-pressure water is all you need, with some attention given to the underside and suspension. Micro fiber dry back home.

I'm one of the few that doesn't mind the stock E46 exhaust, but with E36-specific exhausts the S54 ends up sounding really similar to an S50B30/32 with an exhaust. It's throatier than an S52 could...

:agree: The ZHP knob made me never use my armrest other than on roadtrips. Z3 shift lever only exacerbated the effect.

Instead of guessing why doesn't everyone report the exact rpms at speed, and tire size. The calculator at diffsonline is also a good source, which is where I got my idea--if OP has 245/40 rear...

If you rolled the rear than 265 but there is not much point on a stock M3.

You've got a 3.46 in there, just thought I'd help out. That really wakes up these cars but is best used with a 6 speed or in a car that doesn't see a lot of highway use.

I've had Understeer's clears all around and sold them to go back to ambers because I missed the quality of OEM, now I will only replace my ambers with OEM clears.

I can tell the wheel is thicker, that's awesome. I have thick plans for my M-tech II eventually.

I hate that about the Z3 shifter/ZHP, but I like the shift feel enough to balance out the lowness....
