My car never sees 210 in daily driving. I usually hover around 180-190. With very hard driving I can get it closer to 200, but it doesn't top that.

I agree with the above 2 posts. Pre oilers are used on freshly built motors when there is absolutely no oil in the runners.

If you are not disconnecting the driveshaft, you can prob just put a jack under the cooling fins to support. To do the front bolt, you have to remove parts of the subframe cross member, the v brace...

Yeah, part of the reason there is a clutch pedal safety switch (requires you to press the clutch to start the car). So if you leave it in gear, you/your kid/anyone doesn't accidentally turn the key...

Clutch-less, while not recommended for daily driving, can save your @$$ in an emergency if your clutch gives out and you need to get the car somewhere safely. Still good to get a feel for how a gear...

Def do them at that mileage and since you do autocross and your copper is getting up there.

Quotes should prob run around 2k for labor. I can't say for sure since I did mine diy. On these cars...

Sac = self adjusting clutch. If you want to reuse the pressure plate you need a jig to compress the diaphragm before taking it off.

My rear main leaked in a tiny spot in the rubber donut seal so...

Yeah, the documentation is not great for these.

I have the Foxwell NT510 scanner for BMW (non-ECS bought, orange one) and am in talks with Foxwell support (http://www.foxwelltech.com/) about them...

They are wear maintenance item for between 75k and 125k miles, depending on how you drive. Applies to all year cars, even the ones that had recall done. Check the oil analysis and go from there.

Back of engine leak

For those who have an oil leak that accumulates at the back of the block...could be rear main, could be cpv, could valve cover gasket.

In my case, I had the intake cam sensor wire get sandwiched...

With your driving style (long periods above 6k rpm), I would say do your bearings, since they wear faster with faster engine speeds.
