Re: Drive your cars in the winter.

It's remarkable how well this car handles snow (with proper snow tires, of course). Very predictable.

Re: Another interior rattle and this one wants to make me sell the car...

Get the car on a lift and figure out what is going on. It's probably not from the interior. Check every single bolt in the front suspension. Check your x-brace (if you have one) to make sure it isn't...

Re: Real or Fake LTW's

Yeah, lapse of memory there. The painted and non-polished GT wheels didn't have the ///M insert. Sorry for the confusion. Still doesn't mean the wheels in that picture are replicas or OE wheels, it...

Re: Real or Fake LTW's

Edit: no way to know from the picture. If they were polished/unstamped wheels, they would need the small ///M insert between two of the lug nut holes. But as painted/stamped wheels (like the GT...

Re: Chicago Auto Show 2014

The i8 was incredibly impressive. I can't believe that's a production model. They had the i3, as well, which was not terribly interesting.

They also had an M235i on display (I should have snapped...

Very nice. I would recommend that you replace the headlights with some European Bosch or ZKW units, and maybe pick up a new steering wheel (I recommend rewrapped steering wheels from tainik on eBay)....

Re: E36 Rear Spoilers Info Please

I think the PN for the high arch is actually 51712260328. I have a photograph of my OE high arch here, and the number you can see there is: "E36/2260 328", hence 51712260328.
