Great job. Would love to do all of that to mine, if it wasn't so much work AND if I had the slightest clue on how do it all. You have definitely made your car one of a kind.

Re: Breakthrough discovery about the Spal 30102082 Fan! The Most powerful sealed fan

I know it looks OK either way. What I meant though, is that the shroud should help cooling, because it draws the air more evenly over the radiator.

Re: Vastly different driving style, in almost identical cars= same end result

You two seem to have much different lines at times. That was less the case in my "head to head".
You are still relativley smooth, at least in your steering wheel inputs. From what I was told, the...

Vastly different driving style, in almost identical cars= same end result

Hey Danny. Yes, I remember meeting you too. How are you doing?

You are correct, my car is probably 150-200 lbs lighter than his. He has the race seat which is less weight than my Recoro Sportster...

Re: Vastly different driving style, in almost identical cars= same end result

Yes, my previous comments apply to weight transfer also, not just steering input.

If driving more aggressive and more slip would give me a few seconds a lap faster time, I would be thrilled, but...

Good point! To get back to Schumacher making a lot of corrections. They were very small, not erratic. In fact, he looked pretty smooth from the "in car cam", and only the telemetry actually revealed...

Re: Vastly different driving style, in almost identical cars= same end result

Clearly I am under the limit, which I have/want to be, to a certain extend, so I don't wreck the car. I had a few spins and offs over the years, in corners where I knew it was safe to push it. So I...

I just run the Harry's lap timer and don't think the other driver had any data logging, but can ask him. I have his contact info.

If you are driving with traction control on, then you are still a...

Vastly different driving style, in almost identical cars= same end result

Attended an annual private track day 10 days ago at Thunderhill, where I coincidentally met a fellow M3 driver in an almost identical e46 M3. Same color, same interior, same options, only difference,...

Congrats. Nice pick up. Wouldn't mind having an e90 M3 in addition to the e46 M3 also.

I agree with your comments "I don't get all the hate". Between my first e46 M3 and my current, I leased two...

Well better stay completely away from their stuff. I bought a lightweight fly wheel and clutch from them once and the clutch was a compete POS. So I am not a fan of their products...

Exactly what I was going to say. Machining pulleys is not rocket science. When it comes to this mod, it really doesn't matter who you went with.

Re: Bring A Trailer - 2K-Mile 2002 BMW M3 Coupe 6-Speed
