at this point it is most likely a tune problem. replacing all those fuel related parts will help with driveability but not come close to solving the actual problem

OE CSL is ~22pounds, OE M3 is ~37

i imagine bmw chose not to use CF or fiberglass in order to keep the fitment consistent
