Re: How to remove Active Autowerke supercharger?

The S54 is very similar to the S52 in terms of how parts are attached to the motor.

Just start removing parts or I can come to SD and do it for you.

Re: 1997 Bmw E36 M3 25,876 Miles Bone Stock Well Documented

Nice low miles. Agreed on the bolster wear and it should be noted there is a fair bit of sun exposure/damage. Faded seat buckles, rear deck, cluster M logo... not exactly deal breakers though.

You need the cables regardless and they are Left/Right side specific so don't mix them up or the lights will not function. The harness ends on your early 03 will not plug directly into the tail...

Re: Best degreaser for engine bay cleaning

Regular Simple Green does not harm aluminum. Coated steel it will strip and bare steel it will stain (only if left in a bath too long. Spray on, scrub, rinse off does no harm).

I have a 20 gallon...

Re: Need Practical Advice

There’s a two year gap in production stop and start. All things EQUAL, the E46 interior will hold up better... especially when it comes to fixes revolving around removing interior parts.

Re: Need Practical Advice

You can’t sit there and pick on the E46 wearing poorly and compare that to your as-new E36 interior. The E46 holds up better all things equal.

3-Core versus 2-Core. So a tad thicker. It is shorter as the bottom provides clearance for an oil cooler (with oil cooler mounting tabs too).

PN list is attached.
