They should pass a sniffer test just fine. 2001+ smog in California typically only requires a clean OBD2 check, so as long as you plug in your rear O2 sensors (using extensions) you should be fine.

The stock injectors do NOT flow enough to run E85 on these cars safely, at least with any significant bolt-ons. Running at a reasonable, safe air/fuel ratio on pump gas you'll already be at 85-90%+...

Volk is going away from stickers starting with the RT (these), and now the new SAGA edition, etc. Probably harder to rip off.. These come with small "TE37RT" stickers normally installed on the lip...

Yep, still N/A, I went with ID725 injectors so I can run E85. Stock injectors don't flow nearly enough for E85 use. Even on pump gas, I gained 7-8HP by being able to time the injection point properly...

Yep pretty much. Want to turn the base pressure down a hair to get better control over these injectors. It's only an issue at very light trailing throttle, mainly on gas. Going from stock 5bar down...
