Re: Sold the Jet Black, picked up an E90 M3

F80 is not significantly lighter. The lightest example of each differ by about 100-150lbs and the heaviest by about 200-250. Definitely lighter but not by as much as BMW originally claimed. People...

Re: Turbo e36 with this set up what y’all think ?

Cut ring gasket with copper spacer from CES. Costs twice as much, but seals better long term. It would be my choice if I had the money — lower the compression now if you want 400 rwhp or more. ...

Re: E36 m3 oem arch “high” spoiler

Mine looks just like the OP’s but to me it is a low arch. The ones I see that loomfiffetent are about a foot off the trunk rather than 3 inches.

Are you using a fan wiring kit or modifying the stock aux fan wiring? If using stock wiring, bridge the sender to relay wires so the fan will start runing at the low temp. You can then bridge the...

Most E9xM3 activity is at M3post. Could be the low pressure fuel sensor located near the drivers side strut bar.

If you were using an aftermarket HFM, that may have been the problem. Aftermarket HFM and cam position sensors often cause issues.

I know you wrote you replaced the 02 and used NTK but are you certain they are the correct NTK? At least the US M3 used Titania oxide sensors that read differently from more common zirconia sensors.

In hot weather. It may not bother you. The factory stuff may deaden sound a little as well as insulate from heat.
