Re: Avin Avant 3 Wait and Other Options

DVD players are so insanely cheap these days, it probably only adds a few bucks to the price. You can buy a whole external usb dvdrom from Amazon for $9... and that's retail pricing!

Re: Shipping via Greyhound

Yeah, shipping things on a pallet using commercial freight is cheap. Just make sure you package things well and tie them down to a pallet correctly.

Re: Shipping via Greyhound

I've shipped a few engines via Yellow Freight (YRC) with great success. The last engine I shipped was about 200 pounds, wrapped in plastic, in a large wood box, tied down to a pallet. They will do...

Re: Streamline & Dr M3an M3's CSL Airbox Development Journal Collaboration

Depending on pricing... count me in.

While I love that ram-air scoop, I don't think that would be so great on a daily-driven car in the Pacific Northwest. I'd want a more stock CSL style snorkel.

I kept modding my Civic back in the day until it basically turned into a full track day. I had purchased it new when I was a teenager and now its basically undrivable except on the race track. The...

I gotta agree. I really like it with the imola red interior poking through the window. What a great contrast.

2005 40k mile silver with black interior

Not mine, seems like an OK deal though considering the low miles. Apache Junction, AZ.

Re: E46 & E92 Pictures

This is what I do. I don't put a lot of miles on our e93m3 so I only change the oil once a year and send out a sample to blackstone each time. My e93m3 is also a 2008 with now 73k miles and have...

Meh, I had my front ZCP wheels cleaned and powder coated for $110/rim. Painted factory color. They look brand new now.

:thumbsup2: The civic is definitely the one to get. Plus they have some of the best seats ever. They are so comfortable, unlike the Recaros in the Focus that are so unbelieve hard...just awful.

I generally don't like the widebody show-car type builds, but your car is straight dope. I dig the purple and those wheels are incredible.

Even if they DO go out of business, BMW is going to have to find another manufacturer to replace these. Shitty situation all around.
