My KWV2's with stock hats was set at 23 threads F & 2 threads R
My KWV3's with GC camber plates was set at 26 threads F & 2 threads R.

You should not be rubbing at all with your setup. You should rack up the car and check for any signs of rubbing or loose components. Good luck.

You will barely clear with the 275/30 size, but you will def rub with the 285/30s, unless you roll your fenders. Keep in mind that different brand tires have different sidewall widths too.

My best guess would be a ground signal, but OP can confirm this by disconnecting the DWS connector and test pin #8 for resistance to ground when depressing the clutch pedal.

15f/12r spacers will work for your stock 18s, but your aftermarket 19s will probably have different offsets and will need diff size spacers. Check the offset of your 19s and report back.

I say go with 35s because the 40s will look too tall and weird. I went with 255/35 in the front and there's no rubbing at all. My ride height is at 13.5" and camber is at -2.1.

No rubbing here with 235/35/19 tire, dropped at 13 3/8" in the front, but my wheel offset is lower than stocks at ~35mm.

After the alignment, did they give you a printout of your alignment? It looks like you have excessive camber or toe. Is that on the inner edge of the rim?
