Love that color combo. Is that magma? Looks like it to me. My now racecar was a hellrot/magma m3/4/5. Super rare, I have a never seen another with that spec. Wish I had one stock just like it.

Re: FYI: Really good sale on race brake fluid

So if I buy SRF from FCP euro, send them back the bottle with old, used brake fluid, they will send me another for no cost?

Re: Bought over Built Round 2 - 1998 Estoril Blue Eurosport Twinscrew

New wheel looks nice. What made you make the change? I seem to remember the first wheel you had being a smaller diameter wheel.

Re: What wheels would you buy?

Looks like its an et42, so exact size and offset of my apex wheels. I figured I would run a 245/40 on the street car, rather than the 255/40 on the race car.

I like the look of the ds2, but appreciate the contours and how easy to clean they must be.

Re: What wheels would you buy?

Is the 17x9 rgr square doable with no fender roll? Not sure what camber I will end up with with stock top hats swapped with hr sport/koni, figure -2.5 or so. Idk why, but the 17x9 look better to me...

Re: What would it take for you to sell your E46 M3?

You make that sound easy...that's probably another $10k being very cost effective and doing a lot of the legwork yourself (time). Add aero if you want to be competitive also.

There are a lot of...

Over 16k for an auto...wow. The techno sedan should do quite well with that as an indicator.

Re: BMW Wheels No Longer Available

I don't think my front is as low as yours. I am changing my suspension setup though, tired of the camber plate noise on a street car. Plan is for koni+H&R sport springs and swapping strut mounts....

Re: BMW Wheels No Longer Available

Hmm, I don't think you need to roll the fender to fit a 17x8.5et41 wheel up front using a 245/40 tire.

On my car, no roll was needed to fit the above wheel/tire, with a 12.5mm spacer. Lowered on...

Re: BMW Wheels No Longer Available

IMO, there are only benefits from going to a square setup. Look better (to me), reduce understeer, allows for tire rotation front to rear. If you like the look, I would not hesitate to go square. I...

Re: Been thinking about an Air-Cooled Porsche

The 993 is objectively a better car. There are many who prefer the 964. The big difference to me, beyond the styling, is the rear suspension, though there are other notable differences. The 993 has a...

How many heat cycles are you getting out of the r1? I am about 12 cycles in and they seem to be falling off but not completely useless yet.

Re: Post Pics of your Pride and Joy!

Totally. I prefer the look of my silver apex when clean but the grey apex will look clean for longer.

Are the apex lighter than your old ones?
