Most shops will check your suspension before they even align it so they can sell you more on top of the alignment and also make sure you don’t come back when the alignment changes from loose parts....

You would only be able to run about 5psi safely without e85 or a meth set up. But I’m sure even 5psi with a high compression engine would be plenty fun for awhile.

Agreed. Drive carefully and you’ll be fine. Stop if the weather gets bad and get a hotel until the plow/salt then get going again. Also plan to drive during the day instead of through the night.

You would not get gas going that far up the filler neck unless you overfilled the tank (kept trying to put more gas in after it stopped automatically). Gas where you posted is normal after a fill up....

Why not just buy the rest of the AA track pipe setup? The stock manifolds flow perfectly fine for our motors and keep the torque. If you really wanted to replace everything add shorty headers

That would be picked up on upstream O2 sensors, not downstream. Downstream sensor measure how well the Cats are doing their jobs. Upstream control fuel/air ratio via injector duty cycles.

If you do interstate batteries you can call the local distributors and asked for a blemish battery. They're ones that the tag got messed up etc and won't give out to vendors. They are $40.

It will be fine. Electric motors have gotten more powerful so it's probably the same power in a smaller package. Bosch is also the OE supplier.

Machined look is a brushed aluminum look. I had ASA ar1's which are a replica of yours and had the same machined lip. It's not polished though. Same finish as a freshly machined head

You don't have to drop the subframe completely. Just let it hang down so you can get the oil pan off.

Drain the oil and send a sample out to black stone for analysis. Pull the pan and see if you made metal. If all looks good I'd probably pull the oil pump and open it up to check for scoring. If...

I did mine at my friends shop on a hoist. Dropping the exhaust, driveshaft, gas tank, strapping the arms together out of the way, grinding, welding, seam sealing, painting and reinstalling everything...

You can modify the e36 subframe to hold the 210mm diff. Post a picture of the diff so we can help you better

Can't see your pictures for some reason but a good aircraft repair place will have fiberglass/ carbon fiber skills. I've toured Duncan aviations facility and was amazed by the stuff they create

Not a huge Modena fan, looks to yellow like melted butter. I had sand beige and I grew to love it even though it was a pig to keep clean. Brown on white just looks classy

I bet that will never be straight again. Look how much it moved the rear quarter to the trunk. That thing hit HARD. Would be a track car candidate but that's about it.

Agreed. Sounds like collapsing or pinching of the lines. Check your motor mounts aren't allowing the motor to crush a line

that analysis looks good so you can count bearings out. has to be mechanical. did you change your pickup tube? you're losing pressure somewhere

Edit: apparently BMW has them labeled as king pins...even though thats not what a king pin is... carry on.
