I did replace the temperature sensor in the pump which is what the resistor mod addresses. I am trying to see if the issue is the slave cylinder or the actuator.

It depends if they are hub centric or not. H&R are hub centric so they replicate the diameter of the hub so that your rim sits perfectly centered on it. You get vibrations if your spacers are not hub...

120,000 "all" original except the fan clutch and thermostat. Watch now I am going to jinx it....

Thank you very much! Yes, I live in Portland OR. As far as the emissions inspection goes it all depends on what type of inspection. Evolve has a new tune you can get that will pass emissions showing...
