breaker bar ( or a long half in ratchet ) and the stocket to fit the crank bolt. Get someone to hold the ratchet or brace it to something when it turns while ur torqueing the flywheel.

why not actually hook up a back pressure guage and measure it so you can know for sure. make sure you re-search for oem specs for exhaust back pressure as every manufacture is a lil different

OP, You stated in your first post that when you un-plugged coil number one....nothing happened, no rough idle, no bogging, no miss fireing..that right there would tell you the coil is most likely...

^ Like states above. Fuel trims would be a great thing for you to post up. maf readings, o2 sensor voltage readings, tps are tools that you can post.....(if the tool allows it) for us to help you...

Oxygen Sensors are more of maint. item more than your coil packs. There are lots of ways to test your coil packs..aka. current ramping them and such. Doing a good visual inspecion is always not a bad...
