Re: My 1995 Avus Blue M3 Coupe Project

The first two projects I did on my M3 when I bought it were cabin air filter (shoot me in the face) and the clutch pedal bushing (shoot me in the ****ing face and stab me also)

Re: Numba 10 - Byzanz Sedan Auto - Got Lucky

Lots of good feedback on these, the consensus seems to be that for the price, you can't get a better street tire.

Cool piece, seen these floating around every now and then. Curious about what they're like to drive, like if anyone in their right mind would use these for anything but a track car.

Re: First bmw. M3 sedan price, was it good?

I think it's a decent price. Looks pretty clean. All the bushings and stuff like that "can wait," IMO unless anything is TOTALLY ****ED you should just drive it for a while and just enjoy the car....

Re: Depo smoked tailight fitment issue

Why don't you just get some 3M film and tint a set OEM lights? Can always peel it off if/when you get tired of it.

Re: I hope it buffs out

It's almost certainly not worth the effort to properly repair the whole rear floor if insurance decided against it. Unless the car has a TON of sentimental value, take the money and move on.

The real irony is that race car parts usually fit like garbage anyway. Recent learned example - OEM splitter, gaps so big I can almost fit a finger in there lol.

Re: Gauging interest in building custom digital gauges

On the streets it's probably not a big issue to look down, but on track... No way. Big distraction to have to look down all the time.

OP, solid idea but I'm afraid I'm with the rest on the dot...

Re: 1997 M3 - Boston Green/Modena - M3 GT Project

Yes I assume so, I mean I'd be shocked if that included the leather too but I didn't get a serious quote. Just a ballpark. One hide is like $500 or so and should be enough for two seats.

Re: Hello! Estoril coupe M3 from the Bay

Looks good, a little extra weight on the front will only help front end grip so it's not really a bad thing no matter how you slice it.

Re: M3 S50B30 in Japan

Awesome updates. Love hearing about people's first times at Thew Ring too. I'll say plainly that the experience I had the first time I ever went there (to photograph the N24 in 2014) quite literally...
