I just rent a truck. Itís about $300-$400 a weekend with about 450 miles from Enterprise on an F250 diesel. Itís a beast!

I wish the TCKs would offer a coil over rear. Their opinion is the beehive spring is just as good.

Stop tech ST40 Pads - ST Street Performance Pads

These 4 pairs came with my ST40 BBK...from awhile back. They were used for 2 light track days with cooling so they havenít turned into useless bricks. Also seen about 2000 miles of street driving....

FS: Oil pan w/ dipstick

I have an oil pan with strainer and dipstick. The oil pan has been repaired. TIG welded by me using a 1/8 aluminum patch plate and I also added a 1/8NPT bung for a temp sensor.

The pan is clean...

The problem is the hardened threaded rod. Most come with cheap grade 2 hardware so the nuts strip which screws up the threads. Now that Iím older and wiser, I will use grade 8 nuts and washers next...

They all can fail. Itís a limitation of trying to replace the bushing with the trailing arm on the car.

I would try heating up the trailing arm with a torch and then press the bushing out.

You want those wheel well liners to keep dirt and debris out of the nooks and crannies in the bodywork. Also there is an aero benefit.

The problem with welding in a 4pt bar is finding someone else willing to add on to it. You can weld the forward hoops on a welded 4pt, just need to either remove the roof or cut a hole in it.

Well said. I would guess that rollover is the most commonly mentioned type of crash but I think hitting walls/barriers and going into ditches is the most common accident.

I think a Schroth Quickfit is a no compromise solution for a car with an interior.

Once you start removing the OEM safety system like airbags then your moving towards a full cage with a 6 pt...

The newer joints have the foam and an O-ring on both sides of the hole which keeps things tight until the O-ring gets flattened.
