Re: Dustless brake pad recommendation

This. Plus it gives you an excuse to buy more cleaning products. Hell I must have tried 10+ wheel cleaners (debate is still up for which one i like most). I chalk it up to experience. Get good...

Re: Dustless brake pad recommendation

I second this recommendation as they offer everything OEM+; However i did not notice any less dust compared to OEM so it may not fit your bill. I personally find brake dust to be a badge of honor :-)

Re: Brake Pads/Race compound Pads for Brembo 18Z Calipers

I use Porterfield R4-S (AP977) and have also used textar which were also very good.

Re: Brembo 18Z (Cayenne Turbo) and 996 GT3 Rear Calipers BBK

Yes you will need a spacer if running zcp wheels. My 18" TR MT1's and my Forgelines do not require spacers.

Porterfield R4-S are the pads I am running. Part number should be in my original post.

Re: Brembo 18Z (Cayenne Turbo) and 996 GT3 Rear Calipers BBK

I know of one in existence which was made for a forum member by p0lar.

IIRC p0lar is no longer making the brackets.

Sure you could use a long funnel but could you fill it in under 7...

Re: DIY: Subframe Foam reinforcement

Yes you can do the fronts if you like. http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showthread.php?p=1066085604#post1066085604

I'll leave it at that.

Re: Battery Tender/Trickle Charger Recommendations

Another vote for CTEK MUS 4.3. Had a battery tender before - never again!

I use it all the time.

Re: Calipers needed for ZCP Brake Conversion?

Nope save your money TBH. Yes the front calipers are the same (carrier different) and yes the rear calipers are different.

Re: Group Buy Feeler: Henkel Teracore Structural Foam

This would be for epoxying the reinforcement plates, not for the cavities.
