From the outside, yes. The actual engine sound I love.

Catless headers, however, makes any exhaust/muffler combination sound really good.

Eventuri sounds very quiet. Surprised, not nearly as grunty sounding as an actual carbon airbox. Good video to demonstrate this

When I got my software flashed I could tell a difference right away. S4 is like S5 with a flash, S6 is crazy fast.

I only drive in S6 now when everything is warmed up... it's hard not to drive in...

That's one thing about the E46. The interior materials are brutal. Plastic pieces scratch with no effort... trim bubbles up with sunlight... etc

The SMG doesn't allow you to shift into certain gears at certain speeds. In this case - it's telling you you are going way too slow to shift to 6th gear.

That should tell you something right...

That's what happened to my car. COG would come on after long drives, then if you shut the car off it wouldn't start back up until cooled. Turns out my clutch was the issue

A tune is not required if you have catless headers.

However - getting a tune definitely is the best mod to pair with headers. Definitely takes the car to a different level.

With a tune it's so much better. Smoother, faster shifts on every mode (S6 is insane) and auto-blipping on downshifts is also great. Very, very fun. Especially with an exhaust.

Anyone with a trained eye will know right away.

Spokes look totally different - notice the end where they meet the outside of the wheel. The real ZCP's are much more "curvier" than the VMR....

My opinion? No. Sounds like a terrible idea. In fact, I think you should replace everything with stock except the CSL trunk and diffuser. Clean and simple is by far the way...

You don't have to buy it new. I'm sure it's not hard to source a perfectly good working one for a good price, or at least a hell of a lot cheaper than what the dealer charges.

The reason people think SMG is a big issue is because when you browse forums all you see is issues, making you paranoid.

VB3 no question. It does not matter that a lot of people have these wheels - in fact, the reason is because it's the absolute perfect wheel for this car.

The problem with the CH is they only look good at some angles. At other angles - the CH looks like trash.
