Proper seam sealer and undercoat spray?

Gonna get my rear trail arms pockets reinforced and what to provide the shop/welder with good seam sealer and the proper undercoating spray so it matches to OE look as much as possible

yeah, unfortunately I don't know how to weld so I am going to bow out and have my buddies shop do it.

I figure i'll be very specific as to how I want it installed ... proper prep, welding around...

Got under there The drive shaft might have less than 1mm play in drive shaft u joints... guibo bolts are tight . Maybe some very very slight rotational play between the axel and cv...

I did the rear sway bar end links... i remember seeing the diff bolt bushing was beginning to from a very slight crack but figured Iíd change it out down the road. As i donít drive the car very hard....

I was under the impression the "M clunk" was only when you were getting on power... eg... from a dead stop take off to first OR going from a stop in reverse... My old M3/4 did that

Ditching my hot air intake. They suck for quick removal for maintenance (at least mine does) KN 57 series

Went and found a complete air box with snorkel.

update... just pulled off the fan and jacked it up... simple as that

that was my problem, fan needed to come off to get the right height for the passenger side

I don't have the engine brace... and since the other new mount is in on the drivers side and in place I am not really...

you are going to run two orange seals... one on the TB and one in the M50 manifold. You'll sandwich the metal plate in between the two

When i broke the dive shaft down I reference marked it near the splines as I know it is balanced

I did not reference the final drive or...

not a crank position sensor... that has to do with monitoring the speed of the engine for fuel delivery and timing etc....

finally got mine buttoned up.... the install wasn't all that bad, but i took my time as i went through the entire process. I replaced pretty much all the vacuum lines. I re-did all the heater core...

Yeah, I had it on my 1998 M3 Sedan.... I wasn't overly impressed with it. Only reason i got it is because its CARB legal

I'd just go with a Dinan ( if you don't mind it sitting in the wheel well...

Can you explain how you re-routed it? did you cut the zip tie it was bundled too and then run it around the back of the starter cable?...

as for fitment issues... i have had all the above issues as stated, needing to bend the larger hard coolant line as...
